Use of the service

• You must use Ichimai only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
• You must provide accurate information when requesting access and using platform features.

Acceptable behaviour

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes rights.
• Do not misuse automation, scraping, or reverse engineering techniques to disrupt or extract the service.

AI-assisted outputs

• Ichimai may generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, and suggestions to support workflows.
• You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before sending, publishing, or relying on them.
• AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Integrations and third-party services

• When you connect third-party services (for example Gmail, Xero, Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Microsoft services), their own terms and policies also apply.
• Ichimai accesses connected services only to provide the features you enable.
• You can disconnect integrations at any time from the relevant settings where available.

Availability and changes

• Ichimai is currently evolving and features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn as we improve the service.
• We may perform maintenance, security updates, and operational changes that affect availability.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date on this page indicates the latest version.

Intellectual property

• Ichimai, including software, design, branding, and content we provide, is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ichimai is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Silvestri Consulting Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Termination

• You may stop using Ichimai at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access where needed for security, legal, or serious misuse reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
